The Neville-Tysen House

The Neville-Tysen House in New Brighton, Staten Island was built circa 1770. In 1992, the Fund provided financing to restore the grand porch and roof of this Dutch Colonial style building. A few years later, the elderly owner was moved to a nursing home, leaving the property vacant and open to vandalism. The Fund arranged to secure the House and then found a caring buyer for it. Saved again!
