Young Landmarks Lower Manhattan Walking Tour
The Conservancy held a special sunset Walking Tour of Lower Manhattan on Tuesday, September 22. Conservancy Director of Technical Services Center, Alex Herrera, guided Young Landmarks on the delightful and informative walk, which focused on Conservancy projects and the area’s history. Select projects included the last remaining 18th Century home on Water Street, the Custom House and Bowling Green, the India House and Stone Street, and Wall Street. The tour concluded with cocktails at Board Member Frank Sciame’s spectacular office, located at 14 Wall Street overlooking the Stock Exchange and Federal Hall.
