A Look Inside Google’s New York City Headquarters
Members of our real estate and professional circles joined us in August for a private tour of Google’s recently expanded New York City headquarters. The original office space at 76 Ninth Avenue was built in 1930, takes up an entire city block, and originally served as a goods warehouse for the Port Authority. As the company expanded its presence in New York, it moved its marketing team across the street, into Chelsea Market. This new space, with its adaptive reuse of an industrial building, is an incredible example of modern technology within an older frame.
