More than 130 guests attended the 2008 Chairman’s Award benefit luncheon at Le Cirque on September 17 to honor Robert A. Levine, founder, CEO, and president of RAL Companies & Affiliates, a national firm with major commercial, residential, and office projects throughout the City.
Since founding RAL Companies and Affiliates in 1982, Levine has overseen its growth to include five affiliate companies and a skilled staff that coordinates and oversees every facet of the development of his luxury residential, resort, and commercial properties, from financing and design, to construction and property management.
Most recently, Levine has breathed new life into a one-million-square-ft. former Brooklyn industrial building and two older Tribeca buildings — one a landmark — by converting them into luxury housing with associated retail and amenities.
